Product: HP Spectre 13 x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bottom case of my laptop does not fit the edge anymore. I tried to press it down, but it didn't work. I also tried to take the case off but was not successful. What might cause the deformation? How to fix it?

It only has been a year since I bought it, and I have already encountered tons of issues.

Can you provide the exact model or product number of your Spectre. Here is how to find it:

Is the notebook still under warranty?

It's 13t-ae000. I received it on 2018/12/07, and I did not purchase any additional care plan. I guess there isn't any warranty available for now.
