Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My spectrex360is a little over a year old and very lightly used. Never left the house more than ten times. But the spacebar doesn't work except when carefully pressed in the middle. The audio jack doesn'twork except unlessheld tightly.

 

Both of these are common flaws of the model as can be seen by searching the forum. Are there any fixes? 

One would expect better quality and greater durability fromsuch an expensive laptop. 

What is hp's plan on addressing these?

I understand that the spacebar and audio port is not working.

 

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
