Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Motherboard burned.

Pretty sure I have the same issue everyone in this community has had with their HP Spectre x360 Laptop. Power got low. Plugged in to charge. I thought it went to sleep, but didnt respond when I tried to use it.  Tried to hit the power button with no response. Only one USB-C port will activate the charging led light (orange light) with HP charging cable, but now it's full charged (white light) and still not responding to any other actions (power button, holding power button, and holding power button + mute button). Can I get some help here HP? My Spectre is 1.5 years old and very expensive. I'm left to use a 12 year old cheap (was 1/3 the price of my Spectre x360)  Dell laptop as my only PC. It's slow but atleast it freakn works! Can anybody help out?

I've seen a video and they said that they had the same problem and when they contacted HP Support they refused to fix it. What I would do is get a new laptop, but don't get another Spectre x360 in case the same thing happens. I own a ce0518sa and have recently had a problem with the hinge and the bezel, but it is still under warranty. If you have an extended warranty what is still active then they might do it but I don't know.
