HP Spectre Foldable PC 17-cs0000 (671D7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Spectre Foldable PC 17-cs0013dx , but seem to have misplaced the keyboard charging cable. Apparently there is an update that I need to apply to the keyboard that it won't take unless the keyboard is plugged in via cable.

Can anyone tell me a part number for this or where I can order a replacement?

Thank you!

Hi @JayDubzFL,

Welcome to the HP support community.

Thanks for reaching out! For your HP Spectre Foldable PC 17-cs0013dx, the keyboard charging cable is indeed required for certain firmware updates, and unfortunately, it’s not a standard USB-C cable—it’s a proprietary HP accessory.

To check for the part, please share the pc details in private to help you better.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
