Hi All,
I have a HP Spectre Laptop and battery shows 100%
But when i pull the AC adaptor out it goes off ?
Needs to be plugged in to work but battery can still show full and it instantly powers off
I run an extensive system test and battery shows (Primary - OK) 0
Any ideas what i can do as its not that old

We need the full model number and the entire output from the extensive battery test. Odds are when a battery does that, it needs replaced. But the full test will tell us the health of the individual cells in the battery and nail down the diagnosis.

HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch054na
Product Number3DL13EA
I done the battery test and all ok - Where else do i got for further tests on the battery ?
Thank you
UPDATE
I just opened up the laptop and the battery looks all bubbled out - Like its blown up inside so its very likely this needs changing
Best place online to buy a new one (Not fussed if original or not)
Thank you

Yes if its swollen it must be replaced regardless of how it tests.
