Thanks for the reply again, @Echo_Lake.

 

The boss isn't comfortable with remote access.

 

I found out, though, that there is one update which seems related to the issue but does not install, at all.

After checking the box and clicking Download and Install, the update would disappear but would reappear again on after clicking Check for Updates. I noticed that this is a common issue across different HP notebooks. Are you able to point me to the necessary SoftPaq for this update? Cheers.
