So, I gave in my HP Laptop for repairs and I've got my laptop back now, I accidentally dropped it and so i broke the screen, the chasis was dented. I gave it to them and it took the repair centre 6 months to get it repaired, is this acceptable? Even after 6 months the laptop still has issues for example it makes a wierd fan noise and the screen flickers, I've tried contacting HP support but they just keep saying "Hi, we will be talking about this to management" blah blah blah.
