HP Spectre x360 13-AW
Has been sent under warranty (now expired) for a fan replacement.
Now opened for thermal paste replacement due to flickering / blacking out sometimes (and basic maintenance) - behold - the HP OFFSITE warranty managed to break one of the heatsink screws.
Monday we will chat over the phone (HP)... if a new heatsink is not provided, will have to post all over.
I've had an Elitebook 630 G9 5 months on your offsite service, and they managed to BREAK the bottom base cover / sent back with a replacement.
What kind of REDNECK / ROGUE 'technical service' returns a warranty repair with a broken heatsink screw? ACCOMPLISHED INCOMPETENCE!
