Spectre X360 15.6”
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a refurbished (by HP) 15.6” Spectre X360 i78750 / with 512GB SSD and 8GB of ram. I bought 2x16GB 2400MHz DDR4 Kingston RAM to upgrade and wanted to double check with HP and what a nightmare. It’s been multiple attempts over 3 days time, chat, virtual agents, phone calls with no solid answers. It came with an Intel UHD 4K 630 Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q Design. I love it but I need more RAM, please help!?

TY. But what specifically is hindering it from handling 2x16GB vs 2x8gb ?
