I was able to solve my problem by going to the HP website and downloading an older BIOS.  So basically I rolled back to the previous BIOS and it worked fine. 

 

And very recently, at some point between Nov 10 and Nov 25, I got the most recent BIOS update it it also worked. 

 

In my case there is no question that it was the BIOS causing the problem.

Hello 

I Have new Spectre 2in1 laptop DF1033DX  15 2019 , I have excatly same problem . in event viewer this is most warning ( Wudfrd cannot be load and .... ) IT makes me upset because In My Country (Iran) Hp Does not have any branch , and I buy it from Dubai about 1800 USD , It is very expensive lap and also I very enjoy working with this but this problem make me frustrated . 

 

and my laptop does not have windows Driver Foundation , Its windows 10 version 18363 and maybe all of this new versions don't have .... My BIOS IS   AMI F.11 

 

some people say if you change Your windows and install your windows again it can solve 

 

Could you help me Please ?

can any one help me please Screenshot (19).pngScreenshot (20).pngeven I Disable Power management but laptop keeps freezing 2-3 times a day but approximately it decreases after disabaling .

Please someone give me solution
