I've updated my laptop to the new Bios update F.44 Rev A and it has an option, fan always on. I've checked the bios but that setting is set to off. The issue it has created is that my fan keeps turning on every few minutes whether under use or not. I've tried to leave it idle without any process but the issue keeps happening. Downgrading to F.43 stops the issue though but also the fan will keep turning on and off when connected to power but not when connected to power. Anyone else with this issue?

New update for anyone with the same problem. I've uninstalled nvidia 466.11 update back to version 461.72.  Everything seems to have gone back to normal. I reinstalled 466.11 to be sure and the problem pops up again.

I'm not a nvidia expert but so far the fans run normally even under load with creative apps open with lots of design, they will turn on although silently. The above pictured update seems to be the problem.

I also updated the bios back to F.44 and so far there is no problem. Hope this helps someone.
