The usb port of my laptop doesnt work. its not software issue, but hardware issue. What should i do

Hi, in attach I'm sending the picture of the laptop. On

ly removed the serial number.

 

I took a picture of the USB port, and what I saw is that I think it's not working, because its missing a part inside the port. (Attaching a picture)
