I was using my Spectre X360 the other day when I smelled what seemed to be electronics burning. I turned off laptop and then tried to restart it to no avail. I figured there is no little red or white light by the charging port. I used a different charger for the same laptop and nothing happened. When my nephew who is a technician opened the laptop, motherboard was burnt from exactly the same place where other have posted pictures in complaints of product defect. Search topic "HP Spectre X360 motherboard burned, literally" or here is the link:
I am not rich and bought this laptop because I was given an installment payment plan and I thought I will use it for next 10 years. When I googled, I found out that this is a product defect and a safety issues and HP is fixing it at no cost so I decided to post this request to repair my laptop. By the way , it was really dangerous as I smelled the burning which could lead to much more damage.

HP refused to take the responsibility and blocked any further messages. Here their response and my reply:
Hello Sohail,
The specialist team reviews your case and considering the age of the new they won't be able to provide support. I regret to inform you that your unit has reached End of Support Life, which means that HP no longer has access to recovery discs, hardware or software for your system. If you prefer you can contact either our Home & Home Office Group or our Commercial Department in your area to see what current models may fit your needs. You also have the option of taking it to a local repair shop in your area. We apologize for the inconvenience. -HP Social Media Support
ME:
It is a product defect and you should have recalled the product. If you has stopped support , it does not relieve you of your obligation, then you need to replace it with a similar product. If you do not resolve, I will go to Consumer Products Safety Commission, Better Business Bureau, Secretary of State , Attorney General Office, Federal Trade Commission, RipOffReport, pissedconsumer to name and every other organization. I will make sure every thing is properly posted and published in Media as well so people know your attitude. It is definitely a class action as well. I will wait until 5/14/2020 5:00pm for your positive response after that you will deal with all these
