I bought my Spectre X360 in November 2017 and immediately started experiencing issues. The computer overheats after very little use and the fan starts running very loudly. Additionally, pop up ads started relentlessly showing up in the bottom right corner, even when I have ad-blocker on. I am hoping someone can help me with this. I realize the laptop isn't brand new, but I have hardly used it since it has given me such trouble since buying it. Thank you.
