Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Spectre laptop is not charging. I have tried many times uninstalling the battery drivers and restarting the laptop, but the computer only says that it's plugged in and xx% available. It doesn't say it's charging. It's currently at 12%. How can I get my laptop battery to charge again?

Thanks! Holding the power button after uninstalling the battery drivers and powering the laptop off worked!

This is like the 3rd or 4th time I've had to fix this, hopefully I'll remember if there's a next time. 🙂
