Hi I have attempted to reach out to support on WhatsApp 8 hours ago but haven't got a response. I wondered if I would get a faster response here. I had a replacement battery sent but it is definitely my charging port which is damaged. My laptop has warranty. How can I get this repaired please? 

 

Also does anyone know if HP gives the ability to trade your current laptop in for another laptop and just pay extra? I have dealt with a few issues on my spectre and my friends who have different spectre models have found their laptops to be more reliable.
