Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The original charger totally quit working but with my galaxy s8 charger it will only charge when turned off.  The charger light when on is a blinking white light and off a solid orange.  It's also charging very very slowly

It seems like the Galaxy s8 charger is not providing enough power to charge the Notebook properly

 

Please ensure you use a similar power adapter as the original one.

 

You can also contact HP Support for replacement AC Adapter
