HP Spectre X360

My laptop won’t turn on or even charge and when I plug in the charger the led won’t even switch on. I tried getting repairs but I was told it would cost me £500+ to repair and this is money I don’t have. There’s a lot of important work on this laptop and as it is out of warranty I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else had this issue with the HP spectre? It’s a pricy laptop and it was working fine until it suddenly just died on me. Does anyone know how to fix this!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

To get the answer to this question, this sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on and it cant be fixed offline.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Note: when HP servicing the computer they will attempt to back up your files from your hard drive and this is possible only when the hard drive is not corrupted.
