Hello!
I'm a university student in Turkey who was gifted an HP Spectre x360 14-ea1023dx in January of 2022 with the factory warranty ending in December of 2022. By August of 2023, my laptop refused to charge all together and practically fizzled out on me. I do not get any of the light indictations when my charger is plugged in and I have seen my laptop turn on since August.
I had watched the first USB-C port die on me by December and the second USB-C port died in the next few months. I have tried to get it fixed it in Turkey by an authorized HP service, but I was told that either they aren't in charge of fixing spectres or that they simply can not do it.
If you ever been a student, you know that university is genuinely impossible without a laptop. I can not get a loan laptop from the university so I am stuck with an expensive laptop, that was supposed to get me through my 4 years, that does not charge.
All I want is someone to tell me where can I go to get my laptop fixed or what are any other solutions for me because my academic life has really been impacted by this loss.
