Hi @SUNZUN

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

You can download BIOS updates for the HP Spectre x2 – 12-a012nr directly from HP’s official support page. BIOS version F.25 or higher may be listed depending on your selected operating system.

Here’s how to access it:

1. Visit the Official HP Driver Page

2. Select Your Operating System

  • Choose Windows 10 (64-bit) from the dropdown.
  • Scroll to the BIOS section.
  • Look for HP Notebook System BIOS Update (F.25 or higher).

If the BIOS version you need isn’t listed, it may have been retired or replaced by a newer release.

3. Install the BIOS Update

  • Download the .exe file and run it as administrator.
  • Ensure your device is plugged into AC power.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the system to reboot.

Let me know if you need help preparing a recovery USB or verifying the BIOS version after installation. I can guide you through the steps to confirm the update was successful.
