Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac037ng

Hi All

I bought this notebook in 2017. Since 2 weeks, apparently the USB-C (and also a USB-A) ports are not working. The battery could no longer be charged via USB-C (and also USB-A) ports.

 

I contacted HP and they said that they can no longer repair this model as it is more than 5 years old.

 

Can anyone here give me a tip, what options do I have now?
