Hiya,
I have a HP Spectre x360 but the battery life is terrible i get 4-5 hours rather than the 10+ hours advertised the i have done battery diagnostics and battery capacity is 91% and only 169 cycles any idea of how to improve this is just basic web browsing and listning to spotify on battery saver?
Also i was looking to get a replacement battery but cannot find one anywhere nor even the product number for the battery without opening up the laptop?
Any help is much appreciated

Hi,
The part number for the battery is 859356-855 which we can see on page 26 of service manual. You can perform an online search with part number
Example:
or try HP parts store
However if the test shows that your battery is at 91%, replacing the battery is not going to make much difference to actual time between charging.

Hope it helps,

For a high end laptop, this HP Spectre is VERY disappointing.
The battery life, drainage, inability to sleep make it almost useless.
My 4 year old Samsung laptop is far superior to this HP.
Has HP done anything to address this issue? I already went through the whole process of taking apart the laptpop, takling the batter out and re-setting teh whole system.
Improved a bit, but this is not a useful machine.
