Hi there 

 

I am looking for some guidance on two issues: 

 

1) my 2019 x360 wouldn’t turn on. I have two power slots, one on the right top corner and another just below it on the right side. The top corner one stopped working for couple of years now but the second has been working perfectly since then. Couple of days ago it suddenly stopped charging ie if connected to power source, charging light wouldn’t come on. I thought it might be charger, I got a new one but of no use. I then replaced battery and same issue. Anyway I could figure out what might be the cause? 

2) my laptop had ssd hard drive and in case I can’t fix power issue for whatever reason, how do I recover data at home? Can I use one of external ssd readers? Any guidance on that would be greatly appreciated.
