Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae019nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop gives an electric shock when touching its borders, mostly while charging the battery. I tried a couple different charger, including the original one, but the problem persists. The previous owner didn't use it much so i don't know if the problem is recent.
