HP Spectre x360 13-w030ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, Can second SSD (or hard drive) be added to HP Spectre x360 13-w030ca ?

It comes with "512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD". The maintenance document does not mention a hard drive option at all, so I presume that there is not enough space to place a hard drive.

My question is, can another SSD be added in addition to the existing "512 GB" one?

Is there a second M2 connector that could be used to attach the second SSD?

Thank you,

Buki

Hi,

Unfortunately no for both questions. I think with portable and more battery life in mind the designers need thin, light and  more juice into the series. We may get machine with more storage later because SSD's are still expensive now.

I know other vendor charger $900 more just for option from 512GB to 1TB.

Regards.
