Hi All,
I have HP Spectre x360 15-BL112DX which already has TOSHIBA 512GB Internal SSD(It has 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now). I want to upgrade to 1TB or 2TB. already search within the community and saw we can upgrade it up to 1TB. but somewhere HP Representative also mentioned based on product Number it can be upgraded up to 2TB. So Need your suggestion.
Laptop : HP Spectre x360 15-bl112dx
Product number: Z4Z38UA
I've finalized the following 2 SSD
Samsung SSD 970 PRO NVMe M.2 1TB
Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB ----- I want to purchase this one. Please let me know if this compatible with my Laptop or only 1TB its support.

@PranaliSP Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support and we appreciate your patience.
That said, here's all you need to know about upgrades:
Disclaimer: I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.
Check out the image below for details on parts tested and approved by HP to work on your device, also use the above link for keyword search to find the parts you need, along with its part numbers.
you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

Hi:
Below is the link to the Crucial SSD report for your model notebook.
https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hP-Compaq/spectre-x360-15-bl112dx
They offer 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD's for sale, so the slot must support it.

Hi Paul,
HP Spectre x360 15-BL112DX has 2 Variant which Supports 32GB Memory and 2TB SSD. the One I've 16GB and 512GB.
So still confuse if I brought 2TB and it does not support then I need to do the return. If any HP Representative can quickly check the Product number: Z4Z38UA and Max RAM and Max SSD Limit that will be Great to make the decision to buy the 1TB or 2TB SSD.
