HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm sorry, but can someone explain to me why I would pay $561 for a defective screen that didn't last 6 months and is still within warranty. I tried to talked to someone to fix and they did offer 20% off, but that was $425 more than I should be paying for replacement for a defective screen. I woke up and there was one single crack for top to bottom on my Spectre. I paid $1600 dollars for a computer with a defective screen. I use this computer as a desktop using a docking station for more monitors. I haven't even moved it since I bought it. Honestly, I don't know what to do now. Any advice?

@zregan, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
