HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP users and developers.

I have purchased this laptop in 2019 and right after a year I noticed the trackpad was swollen..

I thought I didn't pay attention in the past and it was like this since day 1st.

One day (a few days after) I was approaching the laptop in the eye level and noticed top and bottom of the laptop in the middle right where there is trackpad has opened .

I sat down and immediately look for it on google which brought up first thing as <Battery bulging>

My first question was why this model(s) are not in recall?

I started to look for HP original battery replacement which wasn't available anywhere and no one was talking about it or mentioned it from HP side( which is really disappointing).

I paid mine about US$1800 which I could just go ahead and buy mcbook pro with that price but I needed a luxury windows laptop.

I had bad experience in the past with HP pavilion laptop about 10 years ago and customer service and software support was disaster, I got fooled again by bestbuy sales person who told me : Hey man HP has changed a lot and now they don't even overheat or has any problems.

Someone should stand up and speak from HP company and provide a solution as soon as possible because since the battery bulging of my laptop I'm not using it anymore since I'm afraid it can catch on fire potentially .

I'm gonna take this case further with help and support by other users who have current battery bulging issue with their spectre 360.
