Hey I have HP Spectre x360 15t-eb000 ,
It comes with a 135w charger that connects to round charger socket,
but also:
1 Thunderbolt™ 3 (40Gbps signaling rate) with SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge); 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge); ports,
I wonder if I can use one of the USB-C to charge it? and if its ok and wont harm the laptop, what W the USB-C charger needs to be ?
I ask because I don't know If it will be bad for my laptop battery or the laptop itself.
Thank you so much!

You are saying it supports USB Power Delivery on its USB-C port that means you can use a compatible USB-C charger to charge your machine. You would need 135W or above charger.
Regards.
