HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Left & Right keyboard arrows aren't workiing.  My device manager shows I have 4 drivers installed.  Three are  HID Keyboard Device and the 4th is Standard PS/2 Keyboard.  Could having all these drivers be causing an issue?  I have tried to reboot the computer and they still do not work.

If the rest of the keys work, it isn't a driver issue.

It is a hardware issue.

You can test that by plugging in a usb keyboard and testing the function of the keys, specifically the up and down arrow keys.  If the keys work, it has been proven that the issue is not software related.

Usually this happens when there is  a liquid spill on a keyboard or perhaps even some type of debris stuck below the key that is not allowing the key to operate.
