Hi,

I've been getting 90B error on a black screen when laptop is powering up, saying one of the fans is not working properly. Not saying which one of the 2, though.

If I accept and then run a stress test the fans will eventually run, but I guess they are failing during the initial boot fan test, must not be spinning as smooth and they should.

Can anyone tell me which are the correct part numbers for the 2 fans (don't know which one causes the issue)

Thanks,

Hello, HP? are you there?

Can you reply with the part numbers and where can I order the parts from?

The official HP service center in Bucharest, Romania (CORDON ELECTRONICS) won't order the parts without them "inspecting the laptop" first (30$), then they would repair it in 60 days (SIXTY DAYS) ... this is just WOW to me.

How could anyone expect to stay without their laptop for SIXTY freaking days?

Why would anyone pay "inspection fee" for an already known defect?

Why would anyone pay for repair labor if you can replace the parts yourself?

Why will the HP service center NOT order parts for it's customers?

I now realize HP products are sooo bad, but the service network if way worse, I see.

I hope I get a reply soon.

@ALL: DON'T BUY HP STUFF!

Once the warranty runs out they will refuse to sell you parts or charge you huge amounts of money for the most basic job.

If you already purchased a HP item, like me, throw it in the TRASH bin, where it belongs.

I will not touch another HP product in my life! This literally made me sick to the stomach.

SHAME ON YOU, HP!
