HP Spectre x360

I was using my laptop when a message popped up for a low battery. I proceeded to plug it in and it died anyway. I have tried to turn it on, and I have tried to do a hard reset and still nothing - I have also held the laptop to my ear and I cannot hear any software/fans etc. We have also checked, and power should still be coming through to the cord. So really unsure what the issue is.

I have seen multiple messages about this problem and they seem to come back that this may be an issue with the motherboard. I use this laptop for work and without it, I have lost all my work - I need urgent assistance in this issue as I cannot go without a laptop - particularly at this time. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

To get the answer to this question, B&O software is outdated and replaced with the Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1909)

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-17-ce0000-laptop-pc-series/260847... to download the new audio driver for your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
