HP Recommended

HP responded saying I could send them my laptop at my expense and they would repair it, again, at my expense - then closed my support case. Even if I found this acceptable, which I don't, it is impossible to search for the replacement battery without opening the case and hoping for the best. When searching by serial # no battery comes up, and the Parts Guider us unusable since there is no option to choose this model.

 

Funny, because the replacement battery would have cost them so much less than the resulting lawsuit for personal and/or property damage will if this swelling battery decides to go.
