HP Spectre x360 Burning smell from charging port and port no longer charging computer.

This morning there was a slight high-pitch whirring(?) noise coming from my HP Spectre x360 (Convertible 14t-ea000) when I plugged it in, then a small pop. After that both the charger and port smell vaguely of burnt electronics and  the port won't allow the computer to charge. I tried different cables and none worked, but the cable itself works fine to charge other devices. I did nothing different today than I do any other day.
