Good evening everyone,

I have a question regarding the cleaning of the laptop. I understand that to clean the keyboard and dust, a compressed can works the best. What I am wondering is the cleaning regarding these two areas: 1. Cleaning of the screen and 2. Cleaning of the outside casing.

Which product should I use for the screen? Is a screen cleaner such as an alcohol pad good enough or will it cause problems to the touchscreen?

What about the casing? Will rubbing alcohol be okay or will it deteriorate the casing? Does HP recommends or sells other cleaners? How about regular warm soap/water and a soft sponge?

Looking forward to hearing from you guys and thank you in advance.

With respect,

Oleh007
