HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX Battery Replacement

Hello,

My laptop (HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX) does not turn on without the charger plugged in. I ran a diagnosis, and it says to replace battery. 

I have tried to find a replacement battery online, but I am confused on which battery is the right fit. 

Can someone please send links to which specific battery (name and type) is the right battery and where I can find them?

Since the Notebook has an internal battery, I suggest you contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
