I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible which has liquid damage and no longer powers on. I can't get HP support because the serial number is not recognised
I've the Intel 32gb Optane drive with 1024gb NAND and connected to another machine. Running a recovery program it only recognises the 32gb portion of the drive, how would I proceed in recovering data from the 1TB Windows partition?

You have options, but there is no guarantee of data recovery.
Put the Intel SSD in an USB external enclosure or connect it to a USB external adapter. The adapters are less expensive
