Hello, i have an HP spectre model HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw2xxx, tends to freeze then shutdown while im working, i used HP assistant and HP diagnostic to check all components and motherboard they all passed the test.

what could be the issue now? thanks

I have been getting some blue screens and other issues from Windows 11 feature updates that do not install correctly. Go into advanced startup and uninstall the last update and see if that does not help. This is for Windows 10 but also works in Windows 11. The update will eventually reinstall and probably be OK the second time.
