Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)

Have noticed that the trackpad on HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop 14-ea (Product ID: 2Z6W1EA#ABU)
is raised on the right side, where as the left side flat. This generally means that the battery has swollen up, however the HP Software that comes with the laptop HP Support Assistant and HP PC Hardware Diagnostics both show the Battery health is fine.

I can share the diagnostic logs (json files) over secure transfer while speaking to HP Customer Care.


@HP Customer Care - Kindly do help has this is my personal laptop and it is fairly new so there should not be a battery swelling issue if the laptop is not even completed 2 years.
