I paid a big premium for a top-of-the-line, premium, customized setup for my HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop and both of the USB-C ports available for charging have stopped working, rendering the laptop unusable. I spoke with a local repair shop and they indicated this is a common problem with HP and that it would involve a motherboard replacement. This is a crazy problem to be prevalent on a supposedly premium product, and it doesn't exactly make me want to ever look at buying any HP product ever again.
As I'm outside warranty, I can't even find where HP will let me talk to an actual person to try to get some help. Any suggestions on how to get some real, actual assistance? To throw away a couple thousand dollars on a laptop and not even be able to get help isn't acceptable.
Thanks!
