Product: Spectre x360 Convertible 15 inch laptop

I too have the same problem as many posts I have seen with this issue. My product has always seemed to run hot and Battery had expanded and interfered with keyboard operation and touch pad. Eventually it popped out the back cover of the Laptop and is now only being held in place one single screw. Support, please help me with a solution by having them contact me. I am out of warranty since last year.
