HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask but I’m very new to all this. I’ve recently purchased the

HP spectre x360 13-aw0504na (from another website), though the product specifications are all available on the HP site: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06575098, it is not available to be purchased at all. I’ve looked through the specifications of the (currently available) 13-aw0116na, and they seem identical to me. Though currently out of stock, on Curry’s PC world the 13-aw0504na model is sold for the same price as the 13-aw0116na (£1399). Does anyone know the difference between the two? And the release year of the 13-aw0504na (e.g. 2020, late 2019, or earlier model).

I believe all machines ending with na are only available in The UK. But some models may only available from one chains, some other models may only available on other chain .... and some models are only available from HP Online store. I also believe this is one way to maximise profit.

Two machine could have very same specs but from different chains or simply different colors.

The specs of 13-aw0504na is

                    https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06575098

and the specs of 13-aw0116na is

                  https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=9MF57EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB

(You can see few other models).

Regards.
