HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0520na

Hi,

 

I start to have battery swollen problems and I changed the battery. My laptop starts, but when arrive at login, the laptop just turned off. After that, pushing the ON button no longer works. I need to put in the power plug to turn it on. I can see my Windows 11 Pinned apps all reset every time this loop happens. After login, if I take out the power plug, I can use the laptop normally. Just one time, (the laptop with battery only operated) suddenly turned off. When I turn on the laptop again, the battery level shows at 65%.

Can anyone please help me?

Laptop detail: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0520na 

Replacement battery: BN06XL same as the original but without the HP symbol.
