Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was actively using the Spectre x360 lap top when all of a suddent it went completely dead.

The power adapter was unplugged as it had just fully charged.

Nothing gets a response.  Tried holding pwer button and ESC key, nothing.

Tried holding power button for 15 seconds, nothing.

Plugged power adapter in and no charging light near the USB-C port.

Any advice or next steps to get this PC active again would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,

JZ

This turned out to be an issue with the power strip that the lap top power adapter was plugged into. Simply unplugged power adapter, and plugged it right back in, and computer began recharging again.

I am still somewhat concerned as I did not get a warning the power was running low. Screen just went black.

I also notice that of the two USB Charging Ports, the one nearest the back edge of the lap top loses connection easily.

Time for a quick backup!
