When i select to "power off", it turns off and the power LED in the power button turns off. Shortly after that, it starts again!

Reinstalled fresh Windows 10, nothing left from previous installation, was hoping that the reinstallation would fix it.

Another thing, PC clock wont hold the time, i have to resync it all the time. When PC i on and used it's like 50/50 if shows correct time.

So, i've seen other having the same problem with the restarting thing, and even when question is asked better then me, some "HP user forum" guy answered on something else. 

What else can i do then have to send it for repair? 
I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with the hardware or BIOS, not a Windows problem.
Anyone...anything to suggest?!
