Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 11

My Spectre x360 laptop screen has a distinct wear pattern from when its closed. I already got a replacement screen once, but it did not take long until new scratches started to appear. I have always taken good care of the lapptop and kept it in the sleeve when tranporting it. It is beyond frustrating to pay this much for a laptop that is not able to keep its screen in a good condition. What the experience with customer support regarding this issue? Any help to get?

"HP Spectre x360 scratches itself"?

Please don't be offended but, the notebook is an inanimate object, so I don't see how that is a possibility.

There must be some external vector that is causing this.

My own Spectre x360-13-ap000 notebook  was delivered with a screen protector for between the display and keyboard in the box that I actually used for a while, but not because of any scratches.
