As large as you can find; up to say 256 gigs. However, Windows 10 does not allow installation of apps onto anything other than the C:\> drive, your grandson's 32 gig drive. So unless the game is a self-contained executable file the 32 gig eMMC storage (hard drive) is just not going to allow installation of many games onto the Stream. These type of laptops are called Cloudbooks and are designed primarily for web surfing, email and such with the idea that any kind of significant storage will be in the cloud.
