Product: HP Stream - 14-ds0013dx

I know that the HP stream 14 is an old laptop. I bought mine over a year ago . I was going through some stuff in my closet and I found it. I was never able to really use it after I bought it because it is so slow. I sent emails and left messages for the HP support with no response . Opened two tickets and they would close them with issue  solved and when I called I was told I would get a call so I could send it in for a replacement  but I never did . I am trying to use it right now to write this and it has froze 2 times and long pauses after every word. I want another laptop; I don't care how many years its. been or how old the laptop is . I have had problems from the beginning , This is a horrible laptop the worst I have ever had and the worst ever made
