I was using my laptop and suddenly the caps lock indication light flickered on and stayed on, it registered as off but when I attempted to turn on caps lock, some keys started either pressing multiple other keys or just not working, others acted fine. As long as I didn't hit caps lock, i have no issues and when I do as long as i hadn't hit any of the keys that acted weird, it didn't effect it and I could merely turn it off and continue. If i did hit the caps lock then proceed to hit the keys that didn't work or registered as multiple, turning caps lock off didn't reverse it and i have to restart for it to act as 'normal' again.
After a few restarts, I realized the indication light on the caps lock key would flicker off when any other button was hit and got brighter if i did hit the button itself.
I haven't split anything on it or dropped it, and to my knowledge it hasn't been damaged and it started out of the blue.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the keyboard on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the keyboard driver from the device manager and then restart the computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
Here is how it is done.
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
If you continue facing the issue, update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
