Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-d016na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I formatted my Notebook to a clean install of Windows 10 and my track pad didn't work. I assumed it was a dodgy copy of Windows so formatted it again but had no luck. 

 

I then decided to go to Windows 8.1 which came installed when purchased from the shop and I still have the same issue.

 

Notes:

 

Mice & Other Pointing Devices Doesn't show in Device Manager.

In Control Panel > Mouse > Synaptics doesn't appear on the tabs.

I have installed the drivers 4 times already from the HP website.

USB Mouse works with no issues.

 

Please someone help? I am lost!!

HP Recommended

Reinstall the Intel Serial IO driver from hp.com.
